Important as a Norman port, changed hands several times in the 100 years war, and launched explorers to all corners of the world. Home to impressionists and now a wonderful tourist destination with it's medieval vieux port. Texas to Newark to Charles de Gaulle Paris, t...

Goodbye Vernazza Last Viewpoint Hike

Final hike up to our Vernazza viewpoint. A sad farewell. The Cinque Terre is such a great place! Go visit if you can, even on a cruise ship. But if you can go for a view days, it can be a totally different and surpringly good experience! This last night, we say two of the wait staff from Luca and our friends we met at a restaurant at the bar downstairs. Great conversations and made Vernazza fee...

People getting wet Vernazza
Переглядів 595 місяців тому
Really boring... people getting too close to waves crashing over the Vernazza breakwater. Ropes prevent people from getting near the waves. Waves look small so people jump the ropes to take pictures. One person does it and then everyone. About every 20th wave is unexpected and then everyone runs. People watching at its best. Thank goodness no one went in. #Vernazza #CinqueTerre #cinqueterreitaly

Cochabamba is beautiful, the climate and the city
thanks for visiting muy city COCHABAMBA
I really enjoyed your video. I have a friend there and it’s my favorite town in Normandy after Etretat. It’s amazing that you could stay right across from Satie’s houses. So cool!
Hi guys, as a French Norman living in Lyon for 30 years, but still having a lot of family in Normandy and in Honfleur, I’m amazed by your direct trip from Texas to Honfleur. My daughter was baptized in the beautiful Sainte-Catherine church, which I highly recommend you visit. I’ve traveled to six states in the US, but I still have a lot left to explore! All the best, and I wish you a wonderful stay in France and Normandy.
I went up there 2 days ago for the first time
so nicely done . thanks for sharing 💜
Thank you! 😊
Nice to have you back in the UK making nice videos about our landscape and heritage. There's certainly enough scenery and country houses open to the public here to keep you busy for a lifetime! Even the smaller houses in the area like the National Trust's Hinton Ampner at Alresford, with less impressive historical connections, are quite delightful to explore 🙂
Thanks so much... good to be back. We've seen Alresford on the Watercress Heritage steam railway (the RAT and the Christmas train) but have never stopped to explore the village. Alresford Hinton Ampner is now on the list!
Hi there, I went to your UA-cam channel, I like the videos but I see the subscribe and views are very low and monetization is not done, I found some problems in the channel, if you solve them and SEO the videos, the subscribe and views will increase and can be monetized. I'm a UA-cam expert, can do something about it I am waiting for your response. Thank you
Nice video
Thanks!
Oddly tough to get tee times.
Bummer... Fun, if you can get on
Hello sir Love From Bangladesh ❤
Eek, horse chestnuts are poisonous glad you didn't eat too much. Just discovered your fab channel, have subscribed 😁
Yes... not our best moment! Thanks for finding us
You would love the South Downs Way........100 miles from Winchester to Eastbourne😁👍
Sounds fantastic!
Excellent
Thanks!
Did they ask you for the yellow fever vaccine on arrival?
Yellow fever vaccination card (it's a yellow card) was in the passport when handed to the immigration agent. He looked at it. Not sure what would have happened if we didn't have it. The harder part was doing the visa at arrivals. Agent wanted physical copies of return flights and hotels reservations. And then kept those... so bring printed copies of that material, and extras if you want to keep the paperwork yourself.
Hi we love catching up on your videos. Can you tell us the name and how to book the apartment you had in Vernazza with the excellent balcony.
Glad you enjoyed. cinqueterreriviera.com the room was called Casa Teresa.
Great videos thank you, Can you tell me the date you filmed
Thanks! April 2024
I thought intro was 😅l😅 was a ad 🤔 😊but pretty family 🎉
😅
I AM LAUGHING SO HARD! THANK YOU FOR THIS VIDEO!!!
🤠
😍😍😍😍😍😍
As kids we used to play around that area looking for the Roman forts, we never found anything but we enjoyed every minute
It's a shame that you didn't go down Deansgate and visited the John Rylands library I think you'd enjoy that, one place I'd advise against going to is the Piccadilly gardens and the surrounding areas where it's full of spice heads, you didn't get down to the Castlefield area either nor the northern quarter, and of course you missed out on going to old Trafford, hope you come back.
Manchester ended up being several short videos so got a couple more things on the next video. We saw John Rylands Library (excellent!) and Castlefield (Roman reconstructed gate), missed old Trafford (sad) and several museums... want to see more next time. Thanks
Smashed the like button!
Thanks!!! You are super cool!
If I bring all my own all weather gear, do I have to wear theirs
Hmmm.... I don't know... we were all unprepared tourists so not sure.
Yes it is the Waitrose of the north, but better.Did enjoy the Catbells walk? It was cut at the end.
Cool... Catbells was fantastic... and a bit harrowing especially with the wind. Two videos on the Catbells one going up (stops at the top, the cut?) and one coming down.
I enjoy your videos and still say that it is a travesty that you don't have more followers
Thanks for saying that... glad you like them! That comment really makes me feel appreciated!
You actually save 33.3%
Cool... we used that card as much as we could!
Isn’t it 50 dollars to play and replay rounds for the day are free?
We didn't try to replay so not sure... like $100 for our round.
Next time spend some quality time in my favourite area , Bavaria. There is so much to see .. forget Munich but explore the towns and villages .. visit Germany’s highest mountain , Zugspitz .. getting to the top by cog wheel railway around and through the mountain … visit Fussen , towns on the romantic road , etc .. We drive 3000 kms from The Rock of Gibraltar once or twice a year …Enjoy your vacation 😉
Wow! that sounds great.. thanks for the tips
Thank you for sharing. I saw reviews expressing concern regarding their personal item bag not fitting under the seat.
Glad it was helpful!
Maybe the grouper was trying to break up the fight from his fellow comrades.
Thanks for visiting my country Bolivia
Fue excelente!
Above average video on Cochabamba. Thank you! Liked how you first showed the countryside.
Glad you liked it!
Very interesting and very beautiful handmade Newman's Castle! Excellent filming, my friend! Have a nice weekend! Greetings from Romania!
Many thanks
Who’s the guy you’re with there? He has a Pine Dunes hat on that’s right up the road from me.
Wow! Nice observation. A friend who has been on several golf trips and knows the Pinehurst area well. We've both played Pine Dunes several times near Palestine/Tyler TX. Good course on sandy soil. So it has roots like Pinehurst, Bandon, Sand Valley. You're lucky if you get to play there often!
I enjoyed the upload. 🎉
Thx!
_Can I KICK it?_ ua-cam.com/video/O3pyCGnZzYA/v-deo.html YES, you CAN!! If you vote: TRUMP - PUTIN 2024
Great golf tip for you, which'll knock a dozen or more off your handicap. (Only works if you play using a golf buggy, though) 1) Always tee-off FIRST before your play-mates. Don't worry too much about the shot - just hit it so it makes the dog-leg. 2) DON'T wait for them to tee off, but instead run and jump into your buggy, and beetle off to _your_ ball whilst they're still poncing about, addressing the ball and gauging the wind. 3) When you've found your ball, and before the others arrive, BOOT your ball onto the fairway ..for as favorable a lie as is available. 4) Then whack your second shot at the tee. Don't fuss, just hit it. 5) Back in the buggy - drive across the green, if necessary, to get to your ball asap. 6) If you ball _isn't_ within 4 feet of the hole, then pick it up, and toss it toward the hole. Do it again, if it lands outside of say, 10 feet from the cup. 7) Additionally, if one of the other players makes the green, then quickly pick up _his_ ball, and lob it into the bunker. It just makes things _more fun!_ 8) Once the others make the green, and survey their putts or chips, then just pick your ball up and claim a 'gimme'. Tell 'em it's OK, coz your putter's 'in the shop' No problem. These are all legitimate golf actions. I know, I read it ...somewhere. 'The Art of the Deal' I think it was.
You've got the game figured out!!! 🤪
Awesome video, thanks for sharing! I wish you a good weekend! Greetings from Romania!
My wife just went through it a few days ago on the Carnival Spirit. They have webcams on the Panama Canal website where you can watch them in real time. I took creen shots and sent them to her while she was crossing.
Cool!
Thank you very much, my friend! Excellent video, very complete description! I wish you a beautiful day, all the best from Romania!
Thanks!
Shambles oldest medieval street in the world 😊

Love your vlog. Roman's invaded us. Then vikings.then french. Then we fought spain.then Dutch. Then Germans. We are a warrior nation.
I have not played this course in a while since they have been doing renovations. One of my favorite courses of all time.
