Our gourmet meals for which we are famous are all hand-prepared by our team of 70 chefs led by our Executive Head Chef John Dunne (Winner of 3 Gourmand Awards). Innovation is key, and John and the team are constantly exploring new ways to bring you a culinary experience like no other. We always use fresh herbs and spices to bring out the authentic flavours and we never use additives or preservatives in any of our food ranges.
