I would run a piece of strap steel down the side of the frame with some 1 inch holes in it to do some rosette welds for reinforcement since your frame is built on so many sections your frame is boxed i would plait it you are doing recovery's with it I've got a 91 S10 4x4 Tahoe truck I'm building a recovery rig out of it truck has a wagoner Dana 44 front and a 9.25 rear end beefed up a little on 35s a 12k winch front and back and building a slide in tow boom setup that will bolt through my bed to the frame of my truck

If the tundra frame is good swap your cab to it and then sold axle swap it reinforce the frame and then you can use the bumpers and bed cool build I had a flat bed 81 Toyota 4x4 truck for your rolled it chopped it down and put a Willy's jeep body on the Toyota frame called it the Toy-willys I took it all over the United States
