What a pathetic hack. One second he lauds the First Amendment (notwithstanding the fact that the Fourth Precinct protest was an illegal occupation from day one), next minute he says that some words are "not acceptable" for Americans to speak. Has he ever read the First Amendment? Does he know anything about it? These indictments are unethical and won't stick. The riot charge is especially frivolous. Freeman is an embarrassment. He's a puppet for the BLM mob. Pathetic.

Wow... what a sad story! Ishmael and I grew up together and went to school together. We were brothers... There is no way, in million years would I have predicted that such a smart and wonderful kid would do such a terrible thing. I am deeply saddened by this tragedy. I just called this afternoon to ask about him and that's when I find out about this terrible tragedy. I wish I could speak with Ishmael and just ask him, why?

Our office charges cases based on the available admissible evidence. A second charge, criminal vehicular homicide, was added on December 30th. Ms. Senser has been charged with 1) operating a motor vehicle, cause an accident that resulted in the death of the victim, and 2) failing to give notice of the accident by the quickest means of communication to law enforcement. Why isn't she charge with two counts of criminal conduct? She went back to the scene and drove away again. That counts as fleeing the scene of an accident TWICE!
