My device doesnt record most of my ride, it only records parking region or initial phase of a ride. I tried changing the sd card but still facing this issue.

I got the same cam but it doesnt record entire rides, mostly parking video or small ride videos, i am confused why it isnt recording everything.

Bro my bluettooth visibility is off and I can not turn it on, Do you know why?

Good afternoon I received the bm5.5 however the function knob does not intergrate I have the cradle and my bike is a 1250 GSA bmw and has the cradle fitted. The nav 6 works fine but the BM5.5 does not show up on my tft so it is not recognised. I have reset the device several times, still does not work with the function wheel. It powers up on the bmw cradle but the function knob is not recognised
