Still trying to locate a film I think was on channel 4 a few years ago about someone recreating the climb done by William Reed (I think) wearing and using original 1930's ish gear.
Did it in 1991...Tower Gap felt pretty exposed, believe me !! Great route though 👍

Takes me back... Did The Tower in March 1986, before cameras and posh clothing! Great route!

Trial and error, keep practising, getting it wrong until you get it right, learn from your mistakes.
