I mean really , how many Kenworths can you look at ? All the same just different paint jobs . I would be more interested in going if they were all old bangers . Anyone can buy a new truck & bling it up & expect a trophy . A real working truck show should be open to trucks over 15-20 years old . That’s only my opinion .

Mount Vic is fun to drive up. Been up in a Rigid with a 6.4DT OM 906LA engine which absolutely crawled fully loaded with 9800kg at the peak gradient of 28.5%. Been up in a Volvo FM with a D13C460 engine and the mighty FH Volvo D13K540 engine. Great spots. I was thinking of shooting there for ages but never got off my lazy arse to go do it with my camera. I always enjoy passing this yellow house at Mount Victoria number 127. Its just gorgeous as you are driving up past it. Tucked in on a corner with the garage to the right and what looks to be an outhouse to the left of it. Seen an old man there tinkering in his garage and thought man what a great place to be living.
