Saya terlibat langsung dengan process pemeliharaan alat ini D65 smartrock yang sempat di gadang gadang adalah unit drilling terbaik dari product Epiroc dengan mengusung technology full electronic dan digitalisasi , hanya saja itu berlaku di awal tahun pembelian. Masalah baru timbul setelah 1 tahun berjalan dimana banyak kebutuhan spare part yang kami inginkan tidak kunjung dateng dan selalu berada diluar indonesia , artinya kami membutuhkan waktu yang cukup lama untuk memastikan spare part available berada di indonesia. belum lagi harga spare part yang cukup tinggi , kemudian problem electrical yang sering muncul pun silih berganti kami alami pada ke 5 unit D65. juga salah satu titik kelemahan pada unit ini adalah seringnya overheat pada compressor sehingga beberapa compressor kami mengalami problem yang berakhir dengan keputusan mewajibkan penggantian Air End Compressor pada usia premature di 4000Hrs. Demikian review singkat saya sebagai end user D65 Smart rock . Terima kasih.
