Aerial drone videos of Helsinki and capital region of Finland. A few cities outside Finland are included as well. At the moment videos are from above Helsinki, Espoo, Vantaa, Tampere, Turku, Porvoo, Tallinn, Malmö and Stockholm. The videos are shot with ultra- high-definition resolution, mostly in 5.4K (5472 x 3078) and some in 4K (3840 x 2160). Videos are best viewed with a big TV screen. Because they are shot with high resolution, in terms of picture quality, they stay relevant for many years. The channel tries to capture changing of the seasons and changing of the city over time as well. A few city walks are also included in the channel. The videos offer interesting views from above giving a new perspective on the cities.

Töölönlahti Summer Park opened
The City of Helsinki has renovated parts of the Töölönlahti Park. The park, surrounded by the City Centre and its cultural facilities, is now even more comfortable and bursting with opportunities for diverse activities and leisure.
Renovated Töölönlahti Summer Park opens. The most notable changes in the area are the new beach volleyball court and the beach area, which are open from Wednesday, 17 July. On Thursday, 18 July, a functional playground and a barbeque spot will also be opened for citizens to use.
New park furniture, such as swings, benches and sunchairs, have been installed in the north side of the park. New plants have been added to improve comfort in the park. The lawns of the park have been transformed into an impressive field of flowers, and new playground, game and hang-out spots have been installed in the middle part of the park.
Finlandia Hall is a renowned congress and event venue located in the heart of Helsinki, on the shores of Töölönlahti Bay. Designed by the famous Finnish architect Alvar Aalto, the building was completed in 1971. It is celebrated for its unique architecture and design, with every detail meticulously crafted by Aalto himself.
The hall serves as a versatile event center, hosting a wide range of activities including concerts, conferences, and various cultural events2. Currently, Finlandia Hall is undergoing renovations and is set to reopen in January 2025 with improved facilities and new event spaces.

Leppävaara is what happens when you build a shopping center in the middle of a bunch of highways. It would be like a ghost town if not for the rats.
Exactly what I was thinking as well. Never understood that whole place. No normal streets and city center where to walk and go to shops and stores, cafes and restaurants etc. Just shopping complexes along highways. Not a very pleasant area.

The area between Töölönlahti bay & Kansalaistori really is a fiasko. The original plan was to restore part of old Kluuvinlahti bay there as a canal. The funding from the city dried up, so the area became sun-beaten grass desert instead.

Yes, residential the constructions began there in 2009. It is indoor soccer court. People can play soccer there even during the winter seasons.

Is there Antrei special app which make "up & down" camera moving due to your walking do not affect eyes?? (when watching i mean). Because when i record "walking" videos with my phone, that "up & down" affect the eyes 😑 Trying to understand 🙂
We are using action cameras like DJI Osmo action 4. It uses RockSteady image stabilization, this is a software-based image stabilization that detects motion via an algorithm. The software compensates the vibrations and stabilizes the image while you record. There is still some up and down movement when you walk, but this stabilization is getting better with new models and software developments. Some phones do not have that good stabilization software, (they are getting better too). But there are gimbals like DJI Osmo Mobile gimbals that you can attach to your phone, and it helps with stabilization. Some software like Topaz Video AI as well. Most of the new drone models have excellent stabilization because of the gimbals. Even in the high wind conditions the video picture is vary stable.
