All these literal takes by surface level people is what is wrong with religion - why indeed it is flawed to begin with. Isn't the concept of god being in everything fairly common? And that we are made in his image (and so also supposedly Jesus)?

​@@TheDavveponken God isn't in everything, that's pantheism and has nothing to do with Christianity. All humans are made in the image of God, but not every human IS God just because of that status. Christ is the glory and EXACT representation of God incarnate.

The prophecy that indicates the birth pains, the lawlessness, earthquakes, famines, pestilence, aren't we witnessing this today. Granted there is a wonderful movement toward Christianity in places around the world, however I look at that as the Lord moving in peoples hearts basically separating the sheep from the goats for the imminent Rapture of the Church. Unfortunately the Chosen ones, it looks like, because of their religious hard headedness will have to be convinced by the 144,000 Jewish evangelists that Jesus, the one rejected by the Jewish clergy who then have to this day commanded no Jew to read the Good news He proclaimed which also fulfilled Old testament prophecy, will have to prove their faith by dieing for it as the 12 Jewish disciples did 2,000 years ago. Pray for the salvation of Israel and the strengthening of evangelists worldwide.

@@chuckjohnson4048 Stop thinking the bible is centered on you, its egotistical and simply dumb. Most of the events in revelation happened in 70 ad in Israel. The things happening now have been worse before and now is not special. God sent us out to grow his kingdom and make the world for Christ and accomplish and do the best we can in our lives. The rapture as you know it is a lie made by modern churches to make you think all you have to do is believe in Christ and wait to be raptured away from this evil world without actually doing things. The bible teaches to create, work, and share the gospel to the glory of God. The good works that we create on this earth will be in the new earth and we should not sit idly by. When the servants were sent out with money the master condemned the one who let it sit to save it, and blessed the one who multiplied it. When you sit before God on judgement day do you want your record to be of someone that sat and fearmongered waiting for the day he would be taken away without building in this world. Modern American churches have put them so far away from works and the catholic church that they go to far, not only do they think that works are meaningless, they believe that the Catholic church and the 1500 years of church history without the reformation are not apart of the body of Christ. Take note, the world will not end in a small group of Christians, it will end with most of the world glorifying God. God is not a weak God and its sad and disgusting when some of the church acts like his people will always be small and struggling. God is strong and all powerful and his kingdom will be magnificent and massive, and we are in the early church not the late. Don't doom prophecy and don't disrespect God. Stop reading yourself into revelation. I recommend you read a book on post millennialism, it would help out your theology a lot, maybe even become a Calvinist while you're at it. Also, on a last note, Israel today is just another nation, it has to connection to us, the bible, or Christ. Israel ended in 70 ad and Zionist, or any other positions like that are unbiblical and pointless, I have no more allegiance to Taiwan than I do to Israel.
