Wonderful! Support your farmers by buying at farmers markets! Hard working salt of the earth people.
I have never used a smoker and i have been a beekeeper for 15 years.....
I am 22 years old I love farming Please is there a job thank you 🙏
So glad you are still milking
Aloha, something I have been wondering about: I see a lot of beekeeping videos and I've noticed a lot, but not all, beekeepers put a brick or rock or something heavy on the lid. Why?
Hi there! This is is order to prevent unwanted critters from knocking off the lid and getting into the hive. Added security for the bees!
I am intesrting to work
Zzzzzzz
An epapen
So basically if you dont live anywhere near a city that has an association to go to for a year then don't keep bees? Lol
Not at all! Although the connections made at a local bee association are invaluable, if you don't have access to one there's tons of resources online and at local extension offices to help you get started with beekeeping.
I love your presentation. It’s very good.
Extremely useful! Thank you!
Thanks
THE BIRD FLU IS A LIE! AMERCIA IS A SLEEP IF YOU CAN'T SEE THIS IS PART OF THE NEW WORLD AGENDA TO STARVE PEOPLE. LOOK AT THE FOOD PROCESSING PLANTS, AND FERTILIZER PLANTS HOW SO CLOSE TOGETHER THEY SUDDEN BURNT TO THE GROUND. iF YOU CAN'T SEE THIS. YOUR DECEIVED OF DON'T HAVE A PULSE. THIS WAR IS SPIRITUAL... Another PCR scamdemic, the WEF great reset agenda is in action
Hi I am VINOD and I am commercial indian beekeeper. Nice information.
Nice 👍
Thanks for the information... good luck everyone...
This may be out there but all of these evasive species and dieseases seems like a attack ?????? How can we be sure these bad things are not being spread on purpose ??????? I'm talking all of it from Asian carp to the covid !!!!!! How many other nations got this going on ?????? How are the Chinese copping with it ??????
Another FAKE POSITIVE TEST PLANDEMIC
I'm not in Kentucky but a couple weeks ago a Dove somehow got into my main pen and the chickens killed it now 2 of my chickens suddenly got sick, one died the other is in bad shape and I am terrified that I'm going to lose my whole flock. I have 200+ birds that nearly all came from Greenfire Farms so the financial loss is going to be brutal considering I paid $100 each for many of them as day old chicks. I'm hoping it's a coincidence with that wild bird but if 1 more dies I'm going to have to take action and call for testing. My flock is my income so this has really a nightmare for people like me who rely on our birds just to pay the bills. I can't even sell hatching eggs right now until I know what's going on.
Save some eggs and put them aside before you call the officials in. Things are about to get sketchy!
@Jiggy fun : what do you mean sketchy? You think the ice age farmer channel is onto something? Did this get intentionally released as a strain that can jump to humans 😬 Scary!
@@birdgirl1516 I don't think this will jump to humans, but I do think there will bio-secure borders. "No backyard flocks within 50 miles of a commercial operation" Everyone that has run into this so far goes overboard talking about biosecurity. Very few backyarders are doing wash in/wash out. The commercial guys have wild birds flying through their barns all the time, but are seeing very low infection rates, or maybe their just not reporting it, since the meat and eggs are still fine.
@Jiggy fun : okay thanks for your reply !
Well put together presentation. Thank you for sharing this information. I like the idea of smoking my clothes as well just in case. I did hear that we should be cognizant of how much we smoke the bees. I want to learn so much more.
Thanks for watching! If you're located within Kentucky, we have numerous events and resources available for people to learn more about beekeeping.
So informative ☺️
😬
Odd the gov that speaks out against the government state gets bird flu! Not New York Los angles
They're liars, they're saying this in UK too...they want to kill our livestock to start the food shortage
Looks like a nice farm.
Its a great farm great people great Ice cream
Thank you, I am going to give it a shot next year.
Did you ever decide to give it a go?!
@@kentuckyagriculture I would've except the new neighbors have a kid that's deathly allergic to bees... The wife told me it's probably not a good idea if something happens, they'll say it's our fault... 🤷 Sick of walking on eggshells.
nice video, thank you
Thanks for watching, feel free to visit our website for more resources.
Hi I am VINOD are you interested beekeeping?
Epipen? Srsly? piss off.
Well, before the epipen, I'd get checked to see if I'm allergic by a doctor.
Correct!
Lmao u don't have to b allergic to have an anaphylactic reaction when stung multiple times before the doctor more research helps
@@boboh8209 So go in blind? Is that what you're saying? Tell you what - the professionals concur with my precautions. You do you.
In any case it's better to have it and not need it then to need it and not have it u can also develop allergies to things ur around Alot or perhaps get stung by several times not saying don't talk to the doctor I would say dying from ur throat closing shut would be a rough way to go could be wrong tho and id rather have preventive steps in place u do u
As a child, we did not know that I was allergic to bees. When anyone was stung, a wet TEA BAG was applied. So I never had adverse reaction. Unfortunately, while I was in a class at military school, I was stung. I requested a tea bag to self treat. I was informed that, "you'll be alright". In minutes I was taken to the emergency to be treated. I was then told to carry an epip pen. I did even even after leaving the military for about 10 years. Went back to using a TEA BAG. More affordable. In the past 20 years, approximately, I have not any problems if stung. I wish the best to anyone who gets stung.
Drake is a standup dude!!
Great presentation. Thank you
You know I have never done been keeping but grow tons of flowers and pollination plants but watching your videos has encouraged me to do this one day if I can afford some more land. Thank you for your videos.
