BPTP is going to launch a new Luxury project on Dwarka Expressway sector 102 by the name of Lutyens. 👍👍 The front units are good. ...Like affordables, one will find few issues but prices dont take those into account. Few have drains nearby, Few have HT lines, Few have Shamshan ghats adjacent like this project.
Pre-Launch price is too high for this location and builder. 15000 should have been a better price. They still need to prove themselves in the luxury segment. Price appreciation is not guaranteed in this project.

Is this a good project? Is it worth investing in? Concept is good but not sure of possession as fit outs and finishing takes time. Do you believe builder will give this early?
Of course its a good project in terms of both end use and investment. Those who had purchased at the time of launching are getting better pricing now on selling their unit. As far as the possession is concerned, I am sure the delivery of the project will be on time.
