The difficulty is cool but it doesn't feel like it's supposed to be played this way, because objects are hard to see lacking a highlight it make you dizzy, and the game forces you to farm with mission design based on aggressive gameplay but now enemies are hp juggernauts with you having limited stamina and no mistakes allowed you understand it doesn't play perfectly yet, this need more balancing but the problem comes from how the game is made in the first place like the exesive farming for upgrades

Thank you for this as it’s exactly the answer to my question I needed since I had shelved this game a year and a half ago.

I just got the game, so this is the only way I can figure out what’s new. I also did this terrible thing to myself, starting the game on Nightmare only, and still trying to beat it for the outfit on my first run. It disabled so much of my HUD that the tutorial told me to use so I was mildly confused.

the game is still buggy in some places, and it pisses me off but i like the game tho. A little better than Cyberpunk because there’s more to do in this game, but Cyberpunk is still my top 10 favorite games of all time.

So, one of nightmare mode perks is night time being made dark the proper way instead of shitty filter that makes the game borderline unplayable?

Do you have to start a new game to play the update. Or can I use my old save from before the update and still get the features. I don’t want to have to reset.

I already beat this game. I don’t understand y devs put so much effort to update a campaign mode game. Is it for new buyers of the game? I just don’t feel like playing this game I already beat it

haven't played since october 2023, literally getting reloaded and nightmare update both at the same time when i start to play again lol.

I’m all down for new updates and love nightmare mode but my biggest issue with Techland apparently Techland has all these different white dudes u can play as even added Rahim some type of Spaniard whose fucking dead and Rais some type of elsalvadorian Mexican ass dude whose also fucking dead by the way into the game but no jade or spike from dying light 1? or the black guy u meet in the beginning of the game in dying light 2 I want to play as spike not Aiden or Kyle crane and definitely not as hakon’s shifty ass whose also Mexican Spanish looking they even have a English rebel like dude in the game bruh they got Rick grimes in the game multiple ninja looking outfits let’s call them the Asians Chinese and Japanese ninjas cuz that’s the only race who portrays being ninjas let’s see who else oh ah chicken man and different suits of full body armor but most are white in appearance so we have all these white dudes and not one person of color black u can play as.. as if dying light 1 & 2’s entire player base count was made up of only white males but we can kill multiple other races even black zombies but u can’t play as a black person like wtf it’s 2024 why is this even a thing character customization has been around for ages now man I’ve already contacted Techland and asked for them to add spike in as a character body model so I can still wear the nut cracker out fit over him it’s 2024 what game company only adds white ppl as playable characters shit pisses me off and takes me right out of the game

Had to stop roughly 3 mins in. So It looks really good rn, I played maybe an hour back during the Halloween event and quit like I did back after launch. Its A bit harder (chose hardcore) than I remember, which Is fine as It now feels a bit more in line with its predecessor. I remember the story being....well shit, but I don't remember much so Its like playing It as a new game all over again. I just wish camouflage would come back, and it wouldn't even have to be a skill anymore I'd think just unlock the central loop. Now I think about it, I know they added new Infected. Did they add the screamers back from DL1 as I don't see Howlers anymore.

This is basically just, "Hey, lets nerf Aiden."

I think they need to change and remove the Lawan cutscenes from that one mission that you follow her and she shuts the door on you. I forget the name of the mission but its the worse.

3:30 It is the mission we see on the first trailer gameplay of 26 min around? I don't remember do this mission on the finish version. We chase a car around some building and we fallen into a shop mall like the part at 3:30 without the dialogue.
