    When will this be available? I am incorporating this into a presentation for my graduate bioinformatics class. I'm a medical technologist in clinical chemistry, utilizing LCMS for drugs of abuse detection in urine matrix. The intersection of bioinformatics and mass spectrometry is of interest to me. In the clinical lab, I never really use bioinformatic tools (databases), as our panel doesn't change, and we compare against internal standards. Very interested to learn more. This is a very interesting project!

      Thanks Steven. This project just started - we're not expecting any results in the form of publication or tools before summer 2023.
