What did you use to move shocks away from shock towers? What type of spacer is that? What size screws do you get from the boat depot?
I use an extra link end ball as spacers for shocks when needed . Thanks very much for watching !
Hi! I need your help! I have an SCX10 III and I’d like to know how to remove the Panhard bar and how to install the 4 links on the front axle. Thanks!
Hello , thanks for watching ! I'm not sure if there is a way to get rid of the lanyard on the front . My 10iii , Basecamp and G-Speed V3 have those axles with the vanguard bar still in place . Capra axles can have a true 4 link on the front because of the axle mounted servo . Sorry I could not be of better help !

Holy cow what a build! I love it! I have the TRX-4 sport kit on layaway at my local hobby store soon to be in my possession. After five years give or take when it was released, I debated whether to buy one or not. I know it's discontinued but I'm so glad that my local hobby shop had five in stock (four now). 😃 I'm thinking of doing a movie theme design on my TRX-4. Something like the truck on "Tremors 2" I know that the truck in the move is based on a 1963 Jeep gladiator but who knows how it might turn out.

How you liking the basecamp? I got my pop into RC and he got one. But he tried to some rock hopping like I do with my Element and bent 2 links. So I bought him new links and now he doesn't worry bout bending one. Might get him the dig for it next

Nice Rock Crawler build. With your setup overland is a misnomer rock beast is more like it. You built a comp rig with a overly heavy body imo. But it's gorgeous. When is the driving video coming out?

What gears in your drag slash
To be totally honest it's been so long since I ran the truck I don't remember . If memory serves , it was a 86T spur and pinion raged from 24 to 32 teeth pending on the surface . Thanks for much for watching and sorry for the delayed response !

Just spooled f/b axles..that spool kit was great ..found out later you can use a plastic washer to lock the clutch dog into full lock...😯waiting on my amk u/o bevel cut gears. Im a newbie taking on my first from scratch LCG build. I have plenty of questions if you have the time.

@@scuffleburgoutdoors i got an element and my pop liked it and wanted a crawler. took him to hobby town and he got a base camp and after 1 week a couple links bent and i ordered him better ones. but even with the links it's a good crawler

I found some great places out by me. Right now it's not really safe with hunting season going. But come spring I have a nice place to go trailing. Has me excites to have a place to go and not have to travel so far.

@@scuffleburgoutdoors I'm out kinda near the lake anna area. the state park is maybe 10 minutes from me. but where i'm at there is alot of area that had trees removed and place to public hunting and hiking. so after hunting season i'm checking them out
