Well, i gave my two weeks and my boss came to be the day i gave it and said "no no, you go on my terms" and fired me on the spot 😂

Never work for other people. I haven't since I turned 23. And never regretted it. Don't slave yourself out, ever. Today I'm in my mid 40s and I just do what I want all day. I mean, it's Thursday, 1:30PM and I sit here, drinking coffee on my patio and watch stupid youtube shorts. While earning money. Don't believe that shit that you have to work for some company. These companies seem to forget that their policy is not law,,, I don't have to do squat in the handbook, its just advisory, and the threat about being ineligible for rehire... we are quitting for a reason, the rehire threat can kick rocks.

Remember when Sears was a real business?😂 The management would send technicians, etc., an announcement of changes or updates to policies & procedures and would expect an "R and U" (Read & Understood) in return. Totally fair, JUST AS IS sending a "we spoke" CYA email to management and requiring a 'read' recept.
