      Yes, you're right, I got that physique from weight lifting, I just tried this bodyweight workout recently as an additional course to my bodybuilding training, and It has a big help increasing your cardio endurance and caloric output, This helps. 💪🏻😊👌🏻 Cheers?

    Bro this is way to much volume. Also a declined bench is a terrible idea and incline smith is a better option

      Bro this is just an example and an idea of a Split training. But I would say the volume would only correlate and apply to the amount of resistance, load, repititions and sets of particular session. We can train as many group of muscles in one session depending on our goals. Anyway, Thank you for this, I will take this as a constructive and positive comment. 💪🏻😊👌🏻

      @@mdsynergyfitness sorry didn’t mean to come off as aggressive. Just trying to say that for majority of people training the different muscles in one session could cause less progress on those muscles and the movements you chose weren’t great.

I would say that there is no such word as great and best among best training program workout, Even this Day 1 split training, I have created I will not claim that this the great training program, because it might not work for you but will work Perfectly for others because creating a training program should be personalised, even personalised program might not yet be the best program for the specic individual, there is no such perfect among perfect training program. I am creating a fitness video to motivate and inspire and might work perfectly wih others, as long as the training will not cause HARM and INJURY it would be okay. Let's be mentally and physically fit and think positive. We are all entitled to our own good ideas, you have your own way of your workout idea you must share it with others it might work great with them. I hope you got what I mean.

      Oh it is the best time to give him the right nutritious food such as Whole grains, Starchy Veges and foods high in ptrotein, Calcium and Vit D, K and B12. It is very essential to support his Growth Spurt. With proper exercise consistently, surely he will be able to obtain and achieve the growth in the right and healthy way. All the best to your son.

      Please calm down, chillax and take a deep breath lad's. 😀 1 Whole Large Egg 6.3g Protein x 3 = 18.9g 100g Cheddar Cheese 25g Protein 50g Mozzarella Cheese 14g Protein. Total 57.9g of Protein plus few peice and bits which I have not included. It's morethan what I have labeled in the video. Hope this will help guys. 💪🏻😊👍🏻

      I am a Certified Sports Nutritionist. I will strongly say that MDSFitness labeled the Macros perfectly. You guys should have research first before commenting negativity. We must be keen first before showing oursel a dumb.

      ​​@@eden5260You can put a half or a quarter on it, It's up to us. This video is just a sample and guide. We can just add up or reduce some stuff in it based onto our preference. It's not necessarily to follow this step. I put plenty of cheese to balance the taste from veges and mushroom.
