quel concert !!! comme à chaque fois qu'ils sont passés au HF ! toujours une immense claque ! Et puis spécial souvenir de ce qu'était ce super festival en 2014 ! un peu de nostalgie même.
looking back at this concert, it's one of the best I have ever seen! I was there as accredited photographer/journalist in those days. With Emperor I was in the crowd, front rows mostly, watching in awe how this concert developed. Fantastic!!

I prefer Faust's drum playing to Trym's. Trym is more technical, but Faust is more traditional.

Trym might be a more technical drummer but faust is perfect for the performance of this album. Great how the sound of the bass drum came out without a clicking sound.
This is gonna sound weird and I can’t even really point you to an example but sometimes it feels like the double bass comes in like a millisecond behind the beat but it just elevates the freezing, whirlwindy blizzard sound. So sick

Beside others in the band, Einar in keyboards is enjoying so much with a raw soul coming probably from childhood. Probably he was grown by listening this album.

You can tell you witness a true masterpiece when the band is willing to play it 20 years later. Nice to bring Bard in on this gig.
