lol…I love how this showed up for me this morning. I received a passive aggressive text and chose to feel compassion instead of allowing it to bother me and reacting to it. I took my breath and paused and came on here for the daily forecast and it is in alignment with what I am experiencing and feeling.

It is interesting how the full moons have names like Strawberry, but the new moons do not. It is still possible to have "nature" experiences when you live in a concrete environment, if you are observant. Every day has a unique sunrise and sunset. Yesterday, I saw a humming bird hovering outside my second story window. Thank you, Thomas. I'm glad you are feeling energized. We appreciate the extra food for thought.

Happy Monday to you! The version I heard actually involves a full circuit or loop. The energy is brought up from the belly to the heart, then to the third eye ( which symbolizes all of the mind's functions), then once a decision or thought is made, it is circulated back down to the belly for a gut feeling check. Repeat as necessary. The loop makes it a group decision. Thank you for the forecast.

I tend to think of it as SN being what comes naturally to you from past life experience, and NN what you work to master in this lifetime. But truly I kind of marry the two ideas together. Your SN is natural and requires little to no training, so it often ends up presenting more as the shadow side of the sign and is prevalent to a fault. For example, my SN is in Cancer (7H); caring for others has always been easy for me, anticipating needs, holding space and making sure everyone is taken care of. However, I have always put others before myself even if it was to my own detriment, I struggle to love myself the way I love others, and I attract people that take advantage of that (and I used to always let them). I grew up to be a hyper vigilant doormat to anyone around me: cancer SN in excess. So my journey in this life shows itself in my Cap NN (1H). Giving all of that to myself so I can bring that SN back into balance. Because overflowing amidst everyone around you is far better than pouring from an empty cup, right? I run on the understanding that all opposing signs inform one another and balance each other into the healthiest versions of themselves.
