The Strong African-American Families (SAAF) Program continues to make a significant impact, and Cohort Nine of 2024 was no exception. This video recap highlights the journey of our participants, showcasing their growth, resilience, and the supportive community they built over the course of the program.
Throughout the seven-week program, families engaged in activities designed to strengthen parenting practices, enhance family communication, and reduce risky behaviors among youth. The video captures key moments, including interactive workshops, family bonding exercises, and testimonials from participants who share their personal experiences and the positive changes they’ve observed. By the end of the program, families reported improved relationships, better communication skills, and a stronger sense of community.
