So you dont follow mens football at all and you dont care but bitch about it when men dont watch women's football. Makes sense lol. If you want people to care about womens football then get better at it. Nobody would watch league 2 on tv either. It's not about sex its about good football. Watching women's football is like watching mens football if the men had just played 90 minutes before the game starts. They cant kick the ball far enough and cant run fast enough.

Absolutely a penalty. The ball contact is so minimal that Little is instantly bringing James down/impedes James further control of the ball. According to the rules thats a penalty. Shouldn't have been Little tackling if a clean block was required, should have been Catley or Williamson, but Caldentay had not given time for that. I think the difference between the two is Chelsea find a way to win, and this was a must win for Arsenal if they wanted a chance to be in the running for the title. I think you are right developmentally this is a good outcome. As a Chelsea fan the only team I really fear in the league is Arsenal. I do think Arsenal are going to have to be more aggressive with trades, I'm writing post Girma and now Walsh.

Thank you ladies for the podcast. As a male, sports fanatic from Midwest America, I have been following this story closely, as well as an increased interest in the women's game. Any professional, male or female, with a lack of a "buffer" between thought and tongue, will eventually be looked upon as a disrupter and divider. Managers are constantly weighing this characteristic, with production. Period.

I am a United supporter. Ella Toone is United through and through. I am happy that she at United now and hopefully forever. A smiling and scoring Tooney is not only positive for her, but club as well...

I’m a die-hard City fan so it broke my heart to lose to United. But! I’m an equally die-hard England fan and so there was a silver lining…if Tooney can take this form forward to the Euros then yay to that!! 🔥

The WSL throws up fixtures which play into the hands of women's football haters; the ones who post "Sunday League on the local park is better". Ruesha Littlejohn is one of those holding midfielders capable of bringing some calm to an otherwise headless chicken backline and midfield. Massively underrated and of value to any WSL team insistant on playing out from the back but leaking possession and goals as a result.

Ruehsa is widely known as a disruptive player in the locker room and doesn't work well with staff. Look at her career history. She's never been at a club longer than two years. I have never seen another player go through SO MANY teams. On top of her age, recurring injuries, etc, she hasn't been even decent on the field in years. There's no surprise with her being cut. Her playing career is at an end, but she would do really well as a media personality with her podcast and show.

A lot of our players are stuck in their own heads and not playing freely/instinctively unfortunately. Thankfully Mead seemed to show some great play at Wembley for England, but she was the only arsenal player who really did (glimmers from Lessi). Glad to see the non-English gunners do so well in their respective matches though. I have missed actual Katie McCabe masterclasses. Anyway, love the bones of Jordy. One player I think the majority of us gooners collectively love and respect. It was just a pity how quickly she left and we never really got an opportunity to thank her and wish her well. It is pretty astonishing just how many icons of the women's game have gone through Sunderland. If that club had some investment in the women's team, they could legit be a threat I think. Stadium of Light is a kinda perfect stadium for WSL matches too (it was good enough for Beyonce after all...)

I am not looking forward to Saturday whatsoever. I feel that Covid FC might completely humiliate us at Emirates. After last night's performance, I think our management should start clearing their desks ready for their marching orders. The Arsenal player is useless on Safari but you can make it big if you use Chrome. It casts better to smart TV's via Chrome too (if you Screen Mirror to the telly) Also (Arsenal related), the club really helps support Crisis at Christmas letting us use their community hub facilities for the annual inter Crisis centre/hotel football competition and they also provide free tours of the stadium.

Women's healthcare is actually wild. Every woman with a diagnosis of depression and/or anxiety for example should absolutely have a dual assessment for autism and ADHD. You'll find the majority are simply autistic and we see an awful lot of undiagnosed autism in all sorts of chronic health conditions (we also see a lot of undiagnosed autism in woso on and off the pitch!). I've got an interest in neuroscience research particularly in people with joint hypermobililty conditions (which seem to affect women much more than men). Incidentally, players who've sustained ACL injuries have displayed joint hypermobility which is interesting.

I’m 6’6” so perhaps I need to find a netball team who accepts trans girlies!

(The tech issues brought back many early episode memories and was a beauty) it was soooo good I loved this episode thank you for continuing to create such a great safe space for discussing the deep (and crazy) topics and thank you for helping me be more comfortable in my own sexuality and helping to improve the woso knowledge of many. Thank you for being absolute legends and helping to grow the world of women’s football and well sport. Proud of you guys for this amazing live absolute 10/10 y’all are legends.
