itachi combos are still broken btw. holding the stick down while hitting the opponent leaves room for jutsus. it's really cheap actually... if your opponent uses substitute while mid way in the combo, then he'll just get stuck back into the combo. and to make it even more broken mid way when itachi disappears off screen, you can sneak in a fire ball jutsu after the combo is "done". I use quotes because the game registers the combo as done then it'll automatically use the fireball jutsu. technically the combo isn't done, you just cancel the finishing animation and replace it with a jutsu. but the screen will be all over the place. that's when you know that you put the combination in properly. simply press the chakra button midway of a combo then back to pressing the combo button. you'll notice itachi becomes completely invisible. it's basically him teleporting. pressing it too early or too late will either stop your momentum completely. it's wayyyy easier to perform this with Shisui, after you slam them on the ground, by moving down on the left stick and tapping the combo and chakra (don't tap it more than once, other wise you'll either mess it up or leave yourself open to attack) button you can easily use a fire ball jutsu. when they're falling in the air that's your moment. doing the combo in a sequence does not work. you have be in the combo, midway then press chakra so that when you press combo button right afterwards, it can register the jutsu near the end of combo. these combos don't apply to a jutsu that has multiple hits. only single hits, like rasengan, chidori, regular fireball jutsu. if you strap mifune... you can be unstoppable. in the end, it's timing and patience lol. pretty vague, but it's the only tools you'll need. note this doesn't apply to your assists, you can mix the combos with assists. I just normally do a ton of damage with one character. I always leave my assists when people substitute.
