The new Coastal 30’ boast an aggressive 22 degree bottom and a spacious 11’ beam. By moving the Twin Power package to a standard engine bracket the cabin opens up to an inviting Island berth forward, separate head and shower stall, and a large, airy mid-cabin. In the cockpit the Capt has the flexibility to choose between port-side companion seat with settee or an L-shape lounge.

Damn design for a fisherman. Why need a cover on the back? solid cover, wasn't easier to have a cloth one for shade? You lost some customers..... solid cover? idiots.

This one has correct lines, just the right amount of aft cockpit, just the right amount of pilothouse. They seem to be rare, unfortunately.

In 2020 I was given a quote for a new Custom Wheelhouse around $115k (USD) with just the motor. (I believe there was a $15k discount going on back then too. Used market is the way to go if you can find one.

I really like these boats, but would like/want some wood trim in the berth area (looks a bit too spartan and utilitarian for my tastes!), and a small galley of some sort behind the passenger seat. Great looking little boats tho!

Looks great, thanks. Would love, and appreciate if these videos--for this and all salt water boats, would show the boat in the chop. Like it or not, "it" does happen, the weather report can be so wrong. I know people don't want to put buyers off, but it is responsible to show the facts, too many first timers buy a boat with no idea of the realities of the ocean, and that's too bad--and dangerous. Just saying, and thanks again, beautiful boat.

Not sure I understand what you are implying. I assume you are referring to the enclosed cabin. Is that what makes it a great West Coast boat?
I’m thinking of this boat because it looks like a 3 season boat in the NorthEast. That is once you add a generator for heat/cooling.

Yeah this one really tickles my fancy. Good for two people to do a little camping and open enough to do some decent fishing, and not so many options to jack up the price.
