Panasonic TH42PD50U Plasma TV from 2005, Review and test.
Переглядів 1,8 тис.7 місяців тому
In this video, I test out the HDMI and Component inputs as well as the sound quality of this mid-2000s Panasonic Plasma TV. I would take this over a smart TV any day, feels more appropriate for PS2 and 2000s-era stuff. Also, this is the first video recorded with my Sony Handycam DCR SR200, which I got to replace my DCR-DVD301 (the one that glitched out and failed). Loving the freedom of HDD so ...

Anyways, the video is still complete.

I have the same plasma tv, i bought that tv in 2006 In Colombia
I guess this is stereo, but where are the speakers? I've an earlier monitor-look model, from 1991, and it has clearly visible speakers on the sides of the back cover.
The speakers are in back of the TV. There are two grilles on the frony bezel that the sound comes out through. Not very prominent, but audio quality is still good.
Awesome
Looks great! Having integer scale really makes 6th gen consoles look nice and sharp!
🔥
I bought one of these, can't wait to take this out and play with it armed with the knowledge from this video! Reading through the manual lets you get the flavor of use, but I'm waiting on some new batteries for mine. Watching your video lets me see it in action!
Very glad I could help! It's definitely a fun yet functional camera.
Just bought one and tested it today - UK from Cosvalve - Amazon. Ok first - the hose to tap is flimsy and not universal to all taps - not sure how to fit on, to use temporarily, so resorted to using buckets of hot/ cold water then added detergent/ clothes - all good but make sure the drain pipe is up at the rear or you will lose all the water, when you drain immediately make sure drain pipe is in a low bucket or sink, I used the sink as it was on a counter top, once drained you can fill again with cold water to rinse clothes with fabric conditioner then drain again. OK, Spin program make sure drain pipe is still in bucket or water will go everywhere. The less in the spinner the more noisy it is. I couldn't wash & spin at the same time, due to losing washing water from drum? So will write a review today as it states you can do both at the same time? The spinner is good, so far only needed 2 mins for all clothes, don't need longer or will be wrinkled. The washer - would recommend full time to clean clothes effectively and any stained clothes pre-soak/ scrub before. Make sure electric plug and wire are away from any water, preferably higher. I paid £95 during sale. Its great for washing little & often to keep on top in small batches. Hope this helps?

Used this as my phone for years. Still have it and it works! Solid stuff. Remember converting Friends episodes to crazy low resolution for this and watched it in bed before sleeping. It was big at that time! It also worke pretty good as an mp3 player with headphones. Good memories! The only bad thing is that it dont have wifi.
Cool, This is definitely a nice device. I hear that there was a Wi-Fi SDIO card you could use for this, but you would need an older router because of outdated security protocols.
thats not original box, these phones are something like refurbished. You can share internet via bluetooth. Also there was software to enable bluetooth a2dp protocol to listen to music. Nice device from past...😢
Thanks for the information. I am aware of sharing internet over Bluetooth but I have not been able to get it to work. Not sure why. Might do a part 2 if I get it online.
nice tv I got a really nice panasonic tv tx-p42c2b HD TV a few weeks back I am really happy with it no marks on the screen its a great picture.
Nice, that must look amazing in HD
Perfect for wii, og xbox and all 240p consoles
Have you found a way to clean the drain hose?
I haven't tried this but I would suggest flushing some fresh soapy water through the drainage system and maybe connecting a garden hose to the drainage hose and flushing water back up it at high pressure. I suspect that would clean it out.
Enjoy your plasma!
thank you for this video, this helped me a lot!!!!
Glad it helped!
No one showing how to clean it
ua-cam.com/video/eatIzqwB2dA/v-deo.html Christ died for your sins and rose on the third day, showing that anyone who trusts in him for salvation, will have everlasting life. (John 11:25-26) "Jesus said unto her, I am the resurrection, and the life: he that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live:And whosoever liveth and believeth in me shall never die. Believest thou this?" (John 3:16) For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
OK. but what does that have to do with the video?
Leave your lids open so it dries
Can hose Go in regular drain area
Thanks
Great video. Just got one of these for my RV for the upcoming summer trips and this video helped me know how to use it so EASYYY THANKS
Where can I find a remote for this model 4210?
Check eBay. That's how I got the one in this video.
I bought this exact machine about a year ago. I absolutely love it!! I’m single and don’t have too much laundry so this is perfect for me. The spin dryer is amazing, it spins the clothes almost completely dry. I had one little issue few months ago where the wash tub wouldn’t hold water, it leaked out the drain slowly, but I took the little panel off the back and tightened up a couple things and it’s as good as new now. This is one of the best purchases I ever made. I paid $169 plus taxes. So about $200 total. I know… Canadian taxes r scarey, but free healthcare right.😳😳😳
bruh learn how to do a review
I got this machine from someone with an instruction manual, this video helped a lot
I used this machine in my apartment because of the pandemic. I put the machine in the bathtub in case of any water spillage. I filled the tub with water from my shower head extension. I placed two stockings inside of each other and tied it around the hose to prevent lint from clogging up my bathtub. The machine did a wonderful job of washing my clothes. It was not complicated using this machine. Water can also be drained into the toliet if the machine is close enough to it.
You really have no idea what you're doing right? You say this one has serial ports and that one doesn't, but this is wrong, both have 1 serial port, on both it's located right under the parallel port. The mainboard will never actually fit in the case without significant modifications to the case. Which you apparently figured out because your PC is now a pile of parts on the floor. This isn't a problem in an of itself except for your hard drive which really needs to be anchored in place. An office PC is used for work, it's what's called in the business production. You do not want an unsupported operating system on any production machine because it's meant for work aka making money and any downtime will thus cost money. To anyone watching this video NEVER EVER EVER open up a power supply. If you touch the wrong component you will get a shock that can be fatal. Maybe I'll look up how to get this power supply out? Like dude seriously, these Optiplex machines are business machines, they are made to be serviced easily and quickly there is no reason to open up anything other then the case to replace any component. The reason those wires are still there is because you didn't take out the power supply, you took out most of the psu's components, just look up how to get it out. Ah so you finally got the power supply "out" which you didn't really get it out, it's housing is still there, you only removed the components. So you finally got everything from the psu out, how long did this take? If you had looked up how to do it it would have been a 20 second job.
At the time of this video, I didn’t no much about computers, I had only started last year. I will be doing an update video showing a proper PC I built.
UA-cam recommendation?
This is such a great conglomeration of random pieces very impressive
Thanks!
Next time put the spin disc in first and push items down trust me it will work perfectly.
Looking good
Thanks

LOOSER
It stopped responding to the remote because the infrared from the base was overpowering it. If you move it out of the way of the base's beam it will work fine.
Thanks for that advice,
