Hey! I'm using this and it pops up but the very first time (after I refresh the page) it doesn't pop up but instead it tries to go to the Convertkit page. Have you seen this happen yet and is there a solution to it?

I tried to work with a ConvertKit rep and they referred me to your video! :) My only suggestion is to slow it down just a smidge. And point out that the code stays on HTML instead of switching it to Java. I don't know if that matters or not because I'm not techy at all! But if you ever remake this...just some thoughts. Thanks again! My pop up is up and running!

So just to confirm--If I wanted to "disable" a particular subscriber from seeing content I send to a specific segment indefinitely or for a certain period of time, unsubscribing them would be the way to do this, *without* deleting them, correct? Like If I wanted to keep them in my list of overall subscribers, but just wanted to disable them from this particular segment (and possibly add them back later), unsubscribing them from the list would be the best way to do this?

This almost works for me! The popup displays, but it looks different than the one I created in CK. Our of curiosity, are you using SS 7.1 or 7.0?
