thanks girl!! I would say it depends on how much you make. if you make the same amount as your rent or more then you having like $3k in your savings will be fine bc your income will help you be stable. if you don’t make the same as your rent then I would save like 5k or more so you have a good amount of cushion to feel stable. I didn’t save really bc I really needed to move but I wish I saved a lil more lol

I got approved for my first apartment but my move in isn’t until dec 1st 😭. I’m anxiously waiting. I already know having my own balcony is going to be my favorite part of the apartment. I just know it is going to be liberating being able to be on my own. Congrats!

heyyy!! congratulations, my biggest tip rn would be to not rush anything and embrace every part of living alone/moving out. don’t rush the process, decorating, buying furniture, etc bc that’s the fun stuff and you should take your time. also save as much as you can lol
