Welcome to my BMX channel!
I'm Miles and I live in Barry, near Cardiff, south Wales.
I started this channel as a bit of fun, because that's what BMX is all about to me.
I started in 1999 at the age of 15, stopped in 2012, started again in 2015, stopped again in 2016 and started again in 2022, so about fourteen years riding.
I was able to start riding again in April 2022 thanks to a load of my old mates and my Wife sorting me out with bike parts to get a whole bike together! You all know who you are and I'm eternally grateful!
My first BMX was a GT Pro Performer, and now I'm on a Subrosa frame with all bespoke parts.
Videos might be sparse, I don't ride as much as I'd like, other commitments, but I'll post when I feel like it.

Trying out the Hop O Meter

Trying out the hop-o-meter I made in the last video. I'm pretty happy with 28"! As I say in the video I've got a problem with some form of tendonitis in my left elbow, which after a while burns like hell! Also losing some weight can't hurt. How to build a Hop-O-Meter

These hop-o-meters are pretty quick and dirty to make. The timber I've used is 64x40, near enough 3x2, lengths of pallet wood. Other than that it's screws, some bamboo and elbow grease. I forgot to film the bit where I wrote the number on, but that doesn't really need an explanation. There's a couple ways of building these, this is just one of the ways. Thanks for watching!

Riding Street In Cardiff

This time I'm in Cardiff with my twin brother Dave cruising around some old spots we used to ride on the regs. We hit up Bute Square, the red banks (soon to be demolished), the North Road rail (didn't get any clips because of the parked cars), Maindy pump track and Gabalfa underpass. One piece cranks were awesome how they would bend and get all grindy and gnarly and then youd take them apart and the fuckin bearing ring would be all munched and the bearings would just fall out and it was like surprise! No riding today! :) Also, those are some insane clips dude.
