Flodden Field - Song about the battle of Flodden
On the 9th September 1513, English soldiers led by Thomas Howard fought off an invading army of Scots led by King James IV of Scotland. The battle was one of the largest fought between England and Scotland and resulted in the deaths of up to 15,000 men, including James IV and many prominent Scottish nobles.
