Bucky never had a choice and the Winter Soldier was never him. I just hope his healing and learning to forgive himself can be depicted better some way. They did a really good job with that post-credit scene in Wakanda because the Wakandans didn't just treat him as some evil monster.

I never realized Connie was played by Jenna Coleman. Now I feel kinda stupid. Also, I never really saw how sweet he and Connie were together in TFA, always smiling at each other. Poor Bucky. I sometimes wondered if there was a special lady in his life when he shipped out. Maybe it was Connie. I really want him to find love in the modern world, he more than deserves it.

I never understood what the show was trying to do with these two like they always had weirdly romantic sexual tension that felt like the writers were hinting at something but then they never fell through with it and us fans were left confused like I shipped it cause y'all through it out there and then nothing so were we suppose to ship it or nah cause Seth be having hallucinations about late and the way Seth walked up to Kate in that hotel room I'm just saying...

Every time I imagine Marlene I think about how brave and morally correct she and her family were, they all died for being against Voldemort, they never joined him and fought against him until the last second. Admirable... the intelligent Marlene and the rebellious Sirius.

my friend sent me this song as an indictment of stancy and i turned it back around on her. a bit like you did. clearly they were set up as the "perfect" couple, but it WASN'T perfect like the movies. Nancy couldn't fake that she was ok. she didn't know how to cope with what she was going through and neither of them knew who they were and what they wanted just yet. But now they could actually have something real. Not a fantasy, either. (People also tend to see Stancy as this over-idealized fantasy because of their Good Girl Fixes Bad Boy set up... and Jancy was the alternative, but equally cliched, answer with Jonathan cast as the Loner Freak who has his eyes set on The Girl Next Door... This song could in equal parts be steve and nancy breaking up because it's BS and also Jonathan and Nancy being stuck in a dead relationship, realizing they don't make sense anymore).
