I’ve heard that the unbranded machine does not have a swivel from the cord to the stylus, whereas the Orion does. Can you address whether the stylus for the helix or the zapp swivel? Seems like a very handy feature. Thanks and hopefully that question makes sense!

In you opinion, how would we make it a benefit or sell people on the idea that permanent jewelry is a better idea than buying jewelry that can be removed with ease in comparison to this permanent idea? How do we sell people on this idea because it seems to be that we would have to sell people on simply a gimmicky item 🤷🏻‍♂️

I love my zapp! Linked training is great and customer service is better. They are super responsive and helpful with any and all questions. You can tell they care down to the had written signatures on your order slip. I've done many different trainings over my years in this industry and very felt taken care of as well as I do with linked!
