No Gym with high HOA

Before this community said it would have gym, but now only have “yoga room” (very small room). HOA is expensive but no gym, so all neighbors are disappointed. 5 mins away Lennar arboretum community HOA fees is $100 cheaper than here but they have gym.

Absolutely the worst place you can move into.. I have idiot neighbor who blasts music with heavy bass, thumping my windows, shaking walls and floors. Called Anaheim PD several times, as usual they were useless. HOA says not much they can do. Random homeless people walking around charging their phones and peeing. Road noise from Beach Blvd and Lincoln, Construction noise starts at 530am..

Price of the single story 3 bed 3 bath ?

I bought a landsea home a year ago. Worst thing I have ever done. My subfloor is rotted and falling apart. You landsea refuse to fix it. Since customer service traci greenier refuses to answer my phone calls I want Hearher Cammiso to contact me.

Will there be more grocery stores built out here to support these new residents? Resources are already too packed here

They’re going to have a hard time competing with Lennars new gated community Arboretum. They start Low $500’s - High $600’s. Hope price adjusts down to remain competitive.

HOA is $95 not $80 lets get that straight! They make this community sound like you getting your monies worth. All you got here is four small swings and one slide. The pool is not all that either!!! Please watch how you walk in this Park View community you could step on feces. There is no HOA my husband has called “HOA” for a straight 3 weeks and she knows who she is,does not return phone calls. People here also park blocking the sidewalk so if you want to walk your dog just walk on the street. Best part about this community kids urinate by the bushes when you go to pick up your mail. Pretty soon it will smell like a NY subway. That’s what all you guys are getting here at the Park View at the hills. Landsea stop making your workers work on Sundays too much noise for a day of rest.

Anyone looking to buy a home from Landsea RUN! They have horrendous craftsmanship, the worst customer service I've experienced from a builder. Trust me save yourself a headache and don't buy their homes

Anyone watching this, save yourself a headache and don't buy a Landsea homes. Their craftsmanship is atrocious, their customer service is terrible. They are a Chinese company, they don't care about quality. I regret buying my house from them, they won't fix things they did wrong during construction nor under the 1 year warranty. They are a joke.
