Hi Teri! Oh all your work is beautiful I love doing crafts as well. Tomorrow my friend and I are going to a church ladies group to teach a card making class. It is really nice that they get so excited to do this. We feel blessed. I wish I could remember all the crochet stitches! The star stitch is beautiful. I am so happy to have today off! Hope your Saturday is going great. I used the moss stitch beanies pattern from Bag O’ Day for many of my family Christmas gifts. I made a gray star stitch beanie using her pattern before the storm came through. The hat I made with January’s yarn, I used the pattern on Sirin’s Crochet UA-cam channel. I think I prefer doing top down hats. I started the throw I’m making for my daughter in-law’s birthday. I love seeing all the stuff you’re working on. The yarn I ordered to make my Agatha’s reading shawl arrived, so will be starting that soon.

We’ve been cold hahaha 🥶🥶🥶. 18* right now. Still working my practice sock it takes a long time but that’s ok. I’m finishing up crocheting projects. Practicing sewing and learning my machine. Looking for easy projects to start with. I love audio books I listen all the time.

Congrats on your weight loss. Every little bi adds up. Alsok good for you for eating lunch at home instead of eating out. You saved a bundle of calories by eating at home.

Hi Terri. I love seeing all your crafts. I’m in the middle of that storm that is going through the middle of the country. Got lots of ice and snow. Electricity stayed on thankfully. I made my January yarn up into a hat featuring the star stitch pattern. It was a new stitch for me. Found the instructions on UA-cam. Looking forward to seeing how your January socks knit up.

Happy 2025 Teri. 2024 was a tough year weight wise for me, but I did manage to lose a few pounds since January 2024. Unfortunately I am a few pounds above my lowest in 2024. I am doing both a temperature blanket and a monthly hat. I chose a multi pink yarn for January. I have cold weather coming next week, so going to pretty much settle in front of the heater with my yarn. I was able to get a JoAnn’s order in early this morning. Enjoy your day.

Sadly I am up 9 lbs this year. I’ve been up n down all year 😡. But this year I will be more consistent

I joined this organization call " Threads of Love" they meet twice a month, ( at one o those super huge mega churches) and you crochet or knit, items or babies who are in intensive care, some ladies sew little blankets, so I m like a mad woman crocheting tiny blankets, no bigger than 20 inches by 20 inches,I am using Yarnsirations Bernat Baby Sport,, working right now on my 3rd blanket, no snow in sight, not at 81 degrees!!!! Happy New Years.

Teri, the doilies are so cute. I love the varied colors. The little owl plans look perfect on the little doilies. I'm sure the recipients will love them. You did such a nice job on all of the little cups/marshmallows, potholders with enclosed cocoa and tea and the little bags with the wrapped candy bars. If I was getting any of those gifts, I would really be excited. I appreciate any homemade gift,\ I receive, and appreciate all of the time and love that's put into each one.
