Stand-up Jetski Loading into a Pickup
Переглядів 112 тис.11 років тому
Low budget system to load a stand-up jetski into a pickup with zero lifting and one person. Approximately $300 for everything: Northern tool 2000lb winch, harbor freight wheels and ramps, 2x4 lumber, some indoor/door carpet, 1/2" steel rods with shaft collars, some rope, an old 12v jetski battery, 2 hooks from a ratchet strap, some misc steel cable hardware, a carabiner, and a afternoon to put ...

Sadie red fox lab gets treats
Переглядів 98914 років тому
She figured out that if she bounces the toy a treat will come out of it. The treats that are in there are stuck to peanut butter - so she has to bounce it to get them out. She learned to do this in about 2 minutes.

    Man, where does this happen? The sun is up fairly high, yet the water is still glass and there are no other boats. By 9 am at my lake it's like a game of dodge ball, especially heinous with all the surf barges out there.

      Not really it just depends on what you find comfortable 😊

    • @Alexa-xe3yl
      @Alexa-xe3yl 3 роки тому

      there is a diffrence if you hold the the rope like that it releases the pressure of the rope from your forearm and spreades it across your whole arm, therefore you can keep going for a longer period of time, it also makes the water cut a little bit easier if you want to go with one arm

      I have seen pictures of the slalom course that used to be on our lake, and I remember the one that I skied on a different lake and try to make a mental course.

    • @k_m_z_
      @k_m_z_ 4 роки тому

      Technically no, he is riding a single ski in open water. You can ride a slalom course on anything, a "slalom ski" is what enginerds decided is the best shape to make it through but wakeboards and combo skis both score points on a slalom course. Without a course you're just turning, and I'd argue to some, it can be much more fun 😉

    While getting up on the one ski, do you get sprayed by water in the face?

    • @samryan7730
      @samryan7730 4 роки тому

      Roblox Rules depends on your size and your technique. The bigger and heavier you are the more spray you will make but if you use your whole body to get yourself out of the water you will make less spray than if you just use your arms.

    This is very nice. I plan on posting the video of my cart build soon. But one question, is it able to turn at all when moving it or are you kinda having to pick up the nose and point it where you want? Reason I ask is because I have a heavy three seater

      bridomine99 I use a trailer lol but I hear u got a boat to , thought this was dumb till I read u had a boat too ... there's gotta be a faster winch then that dude .. not talking shit but goddammit that things slow

      bridomine99 didn't realize it was a budget build , if I didn't have to vehicles and had to pull my ski and boat at the same time I'd do it too

    • @bridomine99
      @bridomine99 7 років тому

      jesse king ...no big deal. The whole thing is a bit of a pain, but it does accomplish the mission (cheap, can do myself vs lifting it in for example, and allows for the boat to be pulled also). Have a great summer man!

    How did you get the wheels to work? Confused as to what they bolt into what axle etc...

    • @bridomine99
      @bridomine99 7 років тому

      The axles are sold steel rods, 1/2 diameter if I remember right. The wheels slide on the axles and are held on using shaft collars (search on mcmastercarr.com)

      @danielmontoya4636 7 років тому

      Eric Albertson Three guys can do it and save some time, but I have found with two it is a challenge at least with trucks with big tires and/or a lift

  • @CalQwax
    @CalQwax 7 років тому

    I built a cart the same height as the truck bed and just pushed it (JS550) in. To load it at the beach I would back the tail gate touching the water and used the jet ski motor to shoot the ski into the truck. Got home and slid it back onto the cart.
