Wow…@EvilLabStudios thanks so much for sharing this…your uncle was a tremendous influence on me in my youth learning to play drums. A ‘not bad’ is good enough for me! Jamie had so much feel and groove…I loved his playing! Cheers!

Hehe…that is funny…BUT all I said was I didn’t CLASS myself as a jazz drummer, which is different to faking it…I think…lol…! Funny thing is a number of musical friends think I am a jazz drummer. Hope so…but it will be as and when. However would like to aim at getting at least complete series done to Grade 5 and then selections on pieces from 6-8 Back to tutoring next week so it’ll pretty full on lol..! What grade are you interested in..? Cheers, Alan

This is a shuffle. There are variations that include the ‘swing pattern’ on the hit hat or ride but this isn’t one of them.
