I don't know how you are going to take this comment, but watching the video I felt varied feelings and I understand the frustration of having been making videos for so long. I myself am working on growing my channel, but the first thing you have to understand is that life is unfair and so is UA-cam. Now my advice: "Maybe you are clouded in the content that you like to make and not in what people want to see". Start there and look for advice on how to grow from creators who have grown in recent years. (The old ones already created their communities a long time ago). Mr Beast himself said that you make 100 videos and that in each one you improve the previous one and improve not only the resolution, but also the thumbnail, title and the content itself.

your content is high quality, its just that you have to find your niche, like most people honestly i think just watch youtube in the background while theyre doing something else. Like its not like it used to be, its become a thing where you have to have a gimmick, like something that sets you apart from the sea of nonsense. Like I watch videos that make me laugh or are interesting and like its just a basic fundamental thing thats different for every person. Like the thing is it MUST be a side hobby because if its something you enjoy doing other people may enjoy watching you do it. Its really hard to be a content creator, because it is a job, its like standup comedy, you go on stage you get boo'd off you make no money and you try again. Its about finding that thing that sticks. And i guess its not so much about throwing everything at the wall until something sticks, but having a thing, that gets the people going, like look at the videos that are popular they all have something tangible that makes people want to watch them. And yes the almmighty algorithm decides what can and cant be. But you just have to be Passionate about what you do and what you make. People will see that, and tell others about it. Itll be a grog for a while, but thats where the fun is, making videos about whatever nonsense comes to mind. its sad though because when you become popular it goes to your head, the momentum follows through, you start thinking i gotta make the people happy they want to see me doing the thing i do best. You have to be you. If people come good, if they dont, who cares. It cant be a thing you rely upon at any point because the viewers will feel that, not tangibly, but instinctively. You have to keep a level head.
