Honestly, do not miss this car one bit… loved having it. Definitely the most luxurious Camaro I’ve ever owned. Such a shame the mechanical problems tanked my experience with this car. Aesthetically, I made this shit HOT THOOOOOO hahaha. I’ll never forget my 2.0 gang, y’all are real ones frfr.

Inspection of tranny found it was manufactured in a series that has problems with 3rd and 5th synchros so, even though the synchros haven't given me a problem, a new tranny will be installed on warranty. That should certainly solve the problem with the output shaft speed sensor.
What exhaust pipe size did you get?

Experiencing same problem. Dealer couldn't find the problem. After reviewing videos, I told them what to look for, They have ordered the parts and have scheduled me back in about a week from now. My car never vibrated, just went into clutch protection mode and I would have t back off, shift down.

Any updates?? This why im hesitant about getting a 6th gen camaro ss because they always have issues. Still considering a 5th gen camaro ss tho! After replacing the motor on 6th gen V6 kinda over 6th gens lol
@@Dapowerranger Oh! the car has been fine. Coolant lines just happened to pop. I think it was my fault for driving too fast for long distances. Car has been running great with no issues lately. I’m planning a longer video with explanations, fixes, and new modifications to the car. Not sure when it’ll come out but it’ll be more suspension upgrades, brakes, engine, induction, and cosmetic adjustments. Might be a long wait bc I’d like to do everything in one video but it’ll take time and a lot of money. A lot of fixes with this car were cheaper than I thought and diagnosing issues took a lot of research on my end.

There's a 2010 Camaro 2SS automatic with 67 000 miles completely blacked out. For like 34k usd (im in europe). But my friends who know cars say don't buy. And ChatGpt says the 2010 is the least reliable out of all thw 5th gen and at the bottom when compared to challengers and mustangs too. Hm..
You can go to your options and enable a bunch more info screens than it comes with enabled. You should look at the manual where it mentions the screens.
Where did you get the fog lights and harness from?
I got the fog lights from eBay. The harness you may need to get from GM directly

350 on 93 is pretty good. I’d imagine you’d be close to 400 on e50

I still have my 2.0 videos up but i sold my camaro and i have a HC Challanger now. I come back to these videos from time to time because i miss the joirney. I blew my engine and had to replace is, after that i said yep, gotta buy what i want and stop slapping parts on shit!

@@KaizenPlatoon I think 275 35/20 should be alright for a 20 inch wheel. 275/40/19 rear, 35 front should be alright for a 19 inch wheel. You can check Fitment Industries or MartiniWorks for fitment guides

@@luciusael From what the head tech told me, that’s what the damage was. I didn’t get part numbers or else I would’ve checked RockAuto. I normally wouldn’t go to a dealership for anything. I prefer local private businesses because they’re more honest and personable. This was a last ditch, desperate move on my part lol.

The first car I financed when I was 21 came with limo tint from the dealership. I got a ticket for it. I told the police I bought it like this, and dude said I should have looked into what the law is here in Texas. Complete dbag.

i would not do windshield tint. easy way to get a ticket. same with limo tint too if cops are frequent in your area

I have exact same issue with my 2023 Camaro with 22k miles. My dealership is recommending to replace entire clutch based on ECM code. I tried to explain this fix and they are not ready to listen. Any recommendations or suggestions please.
@@Bhas9762 The issue is the flange needs to be replaced. I thought it was the clutch too but it’s the flange that’s loose. I would tell the technicians that this is the real problem and you really shouldn’t waste the money putting a new clutch in. I did that, learn from my mistakes

@@sonicx9542 Honestly, for a 2.0 to be safe, reliable, and fun. You only need a catted downpipe, full exhaust, cold air intake, and a throttle body to make 300+ at the wheels. Anything more is a waste of money in my opinion. If you wanted a faster car you could get a 5th Gen SS for way cheaper, like I did lol.

Did you unlock your tcm before tuning? Just asking, I have a few bolt ons and a tune currently but stock tcm (locked)! Considering going through hptuners to unlock it, but is it really necessary?
@@BIG_LO0695 I didn’t unlock the TCM prior to tuning. JK Tuning used HPTuners to tune the car on the dyno. I didn’t really have to do anything, he handled the software side
