worth ive been playing since launch and its improved 10fold

Depends on how you play games. I usually only hit games around content updates so I wait for sales. Very few games will I log into regularly to play and level up. I've got ~87 hours since launch in Darktide. It's a good game and has improved greatly for sure.

I play A LOT of different games, I have gaming ADHD. This is actually my smallest UA-cam channel where I drop stuff that doesn't fit with the other two.

Soloing and surviving is going to be REALLY hard, most noticably at the mid game. At the end you can kind of do your own thing, but potentially at the expense of the team. It is a little buggy, but they've had a few hotfixes. I don't mind bugs if I can workaround them. Just depends on your tolerance. If you're unsure, just wait for the first content update. You'll get a better picture, and I think there's one soonish. I'll definitely be checking it out on my other channel Into the Breach if you're interested.

It really is. I think it really captures the rising intensity of a zombie apocalypse experience. The singular map makes it a little bit of a one trick pony, but it's a nice trick. I'm still playing and enjoying it.

Yep. I've followed it for almost it's entire existence. I've been pleasantly surprised all along the way. Can't wait to see where they go with it (or any new games).

Has a great brutal/tongue-in-cheek humor vibe. I love it.

They're still balancing. They have some time before the big 1.0 release later this year. A lot of it for me is being so disoriented when you stand up. Hard to know which way you're going/facing.

@@TacticalWarfareTV “Hard to know which way you're going/facing.” exactly my problem too and with that bug ramming knockoff ppl are mostly gud as dead if they were ever caught by a bunch of bugs devs rly need to add suppress fire and rework the stagger system for both bugs and troopers

From what I understand the developer bought the game, so there's new management. That's why I came back to try the game. We may get a different game direction eventually. Might be worth a try again at some point.

Had to drop a little democracy on it.

I had my autocannon equipped and fired at that automoton at point blank range.

Nahhh that was a suicider. I've shot then with a regular rifle close up and they blow up and almost always instantly kill you, so always check your fire.

Great game. Hits that sweet spot between casual and sim for a hack and slash game. One of my favorite games.

Teamwork in games is what I play for. Can't get enough.

Keeping people together is like herding cats sometimes. I would really love to play Helldivers 2 like a milsim/tactical shooter sometime. I've had some really good squads in Hell Let Loose.

Sometimes I miss the forest for the trees. I don't think I've ever actually killed one of those giant shrooms myself. Someone else has always gotten to it first.

It's incredibly challenging, in a good way. In 6 hours I completed 4 mission attempts. It takes some serious communication and coordination.

I didn't know they switched to Epic game servers, thought it was just a crossplay thing. I only had one or two games that lagged, playing from US east.
