Ahhhh, you are fully correct. How did i miss that. XD It is a cool easter egg to put into the end of the demo for people to replay it again and get an extra level of sorts. I saw the instruction paper for sneak killing the zombies, but the first one i fumbled and the second one i did it right but it just hit once and then the zombie turned around to eat my face. Maybe i had to hold the button?? This time only the crash when i entered the basement happened, other times i stopped the recording just in case or it was all in the house so nothing crashed since it was probably all in one already loaded instance. Yeah med kits just disappearing if you already have maximum is not okay. Either a voice line or message that you already are at full or just do not cap the number of med kits you can have. If you collect 50 over the game then have 50. XD Of course, i said i would come back if the optimization is fixed enough for me to play. And i will come back for a full lets play.

Im honestly happy i could finish the demo as well. Thankfully the PC crashed only once. My potato could still run the rest of the demo fine. :)

I must say for a two man project and making such an interesting and cool game this is some amazing work. I am glad you published it on Steam, more eyes should really be on this game. As soon as the optimization issues are fixed I'm coming back to finish the whole demo. The game is really great and wished I could finish the demo the first time around.

Got it, thanks for the info. Yeah my game crashed each time i transitioned from outside to the basement and back out. So i was afraid it would crash again when i went inside the house and i did not want to hurt my PC anymore. But as soon as the performance is fixed im coming back to finish the demo. Also thanks for the info about the character i will give a watch to the Paranormal Order as well.

@@cwatzii i will for sure. As soon as the optimization is fixed so it does not crash my streaming program and the game itself ill be back to do a video of the full demo playthrough.

Oh i will for sure give the game demo another go as soon as the optimization issues are fixed. @@bypenandpaperParanormal Order is a Streamed Tabletop RPG campaign (Like D&D but with your own System) That have 4 Seasons and 3 spin offs, The series are in Portuguese but have subtitles in English and a whole spin off in English! You can watch the spin off without watching the previous seasons!

​@@bypenandpaperif you're interested in the RPG series, I recommend you check out "Quarentena", which is the most recent season/spinoff and is completely in english. The rest of it is also very good ("Sinais do Outro Lado" is a great example), but unfortunately are in portuguese and many still don't have all english subtitles.

@@bypenandpaper Of course, I love this rpg, I apologize for my bad English, in this world, the paranormal tries to invade our reality, and an order was created to combat the paranormal and protect our reality, it's an rpg like D&D, most episodes They are in Portuguese, and have subtitles in English, but there is a season completely in English, called "paranormal order: quarantine" and a comic book in English, which is being released, telling the story of all the seasons, I hope you like it :)

@@gabrieldelgado5773 now i understand. Thank you for clarifying. It gives me vibes of Eldritch horror in modern day, and i know of a few pen and paper systems that also do similar themes. I will check out the Quarantine series. And the comic when it comes out. When is the video game set in the time line of those rpg games the group played?

My mistake it is probably Portuguese. Since this was developed by a Brazilian team from what i can get. But the name of the game on the desktop icon was in Portuguese.

Thank you for checking out the video. And I'm glad I could help. I had been doing some translating work on the side so i can always help out more if need be. That is amazing I love looking for secrets. I know a lot of dev time can be spent on putting secrets like those in game and some people might never see some events so I'm really thankful you have included multiple different endings to scenes and optional encounters. I bet people will enjoy trying to find them all.

Thank you for watching the video as well. Yes I agree, most of the slow down was when there were a lot of effects popping off on and to the side of the screen. And I think there were some loading stutters. Oh that's great, I did not notice them, but it sure will be useful if people try to run the game on older machines. I mean you need only a little bit to tweak it and make a full on board game out of this video game. Mechanics are simple to figure out, its quick to pick up and play, and its very, very cute looking.

The boom shoot is great. But the comic is just pure gold. :)

Wow i had no idea the community had such a reaction to this new remake. We can still hope a sequel is at work or maybe it will be if this remake does well enough.

I'm just happy this IP is getting some attention again. LBA 1 and 2 have been 'my' games growing up, and I still play them through like once every two years or so (even though I don't play many other games any more). First game in years I pre-ordered and I am looking forward to playing this!

Knowing current year politics, I bet the fanfic sister they forced onto Twinsen is going to be the real hero of the game. She is extremely annoying and her bio posted on twitter states she has no weaknesses... The intro is REALLY cringe with her being shown before the main character and Twinsen defeating a clone with a toy ball in one hit... sigh. And the cutscene when he grabs the ball and the tunic appears makes no sense without the original intro of the game... the fact they changed the mental asylum too removes depth to Twinse's because in the original he thinks he is going crazy. And they fking ERASED Zoe's as Twinsen's wife, her bio they posted on twitter says they are "best friends"... SIGH. I won't be purchasing this thing either, and I've been waiting what it feels like years for a proper remaster (not remake). I dont dislike the art style tho but it looks really bad when zoomed in for the cutscenes, so outdated and ugly, but kind of fits for the zoomed out game. But yeah, the alpha build was way way way far superior in every way.

@@bypenandpaper the issue is, if they make a sequel, they will use this broken lore they created to fit "muh diversity". Nothing good can come out of it, LBA 1 was a really ok game and LBA 2 a masterpiece. The demo is out and in so little time they already pissed on the grave of the original.

The scaling is a bit wild but yeah its a good challenging game. Also shield guys are bad.

Oh damn, that would me at least an hour or two of me grinding to get the damage to do all that. And have two keys. Still except for the wild damage scale it was fun. And the boss was a level of bullet hell crazy fun. I have an inkling to finish it off camera, and might just do it.
