Oats & Peas baleage 2024. This crop is oats and forage peas that has been growing for 48 days and harvested in the late boot stage. Bales are 4'x5' at 55-60% moisture and about 2500 lbs each. Corn silage 2023 at Garden Farm. McCormick MTX 165 on the New Holland FP230 forage harvester. John Deere 7600 with a Hagedorn manure spreader and a 1979 GMC grain truck transporting silage. 1989 Fiat Allis FR12B wheel loader on packing duty. Thanks to the Klinks and the Garden Farm team for making this happen.

How is that 853 vs an 850 or 855?
My understanding is it's the same as an 855 just smaller bale size at 4.5'x5' verses the 855 at 5'x6'.

one of those older tractors , SOLID built , reliable , good power without the wild torque rize , but honest work power keeping the perkins alive longer than competitors . relatively easy to service too . miss that old IRON workhorse
