@CrystalJupiter No theme,it was just ultramodern. I ate there on my first visit in '84---but it's so well hidden in greenery between Test Track{formerly World Of Motion} and the Mexico pavilion---like Disneyland's Country Bear show,it was eventually killed by bad location.

It can change the heights depending on prevailing wind; many fountains are set up to do this. But, on the other hand, WET shows are extremely complex, and I think the FON gets its maintenance ignored occasionally, so perhaps it just has some issues with the compressors. Everything except the fleur-de-lis sprays and the Supershooters seems to do fine, so I'd guess these two are the wind concerns (and the Minishooters around the edge aren't?? Even though they angle inward.)

Right, I know this is 4 months old, but whatever. You're basically saying that the US should assimilate, or annex, Canada. Egotistical, but then again, that's typical of a United Statian. How about the United States becomes part of Canada, everyone loves Canada except our southern brothers. One big Canada would be loved by everyone, and the U.S. resource (whatever there is left...) would be better used by Canada.

We were told by one of our servers that Christian only plays at V&A's a 'few' days a month. My husband and I have hit it lucky, I suppose, since we are batting 50/50 on having the pleasure of hearing him during dinner. It doesn't hurt to mention that you 'hope' he will be playing at V&A's when you make your reservations for your special dinner and then again when they call a day or so out to confirm. No guarantees, but....

Yeah, same here. :D I was there last fall, thanks to winning a tv show contest (yay!!). It blew my mind, too!!! Amazing resort. I've got a few videos from when I was there, too...but they're more of family and not so much the resort.

Yeah. Don't get me wrong; they still rock, but it's kind of a major problem when an actor pulls a Houdini; TRUST me, we did Hello Dolly last year, and our Vandegelder was MIA for the final scene in act 1. The poor guy felt SO guilty, and let's just say I didn't want to be him when the director decided to have a chat with him.

Yeah he's great, I used some audio of Christian on my podcast, he has been there some years and I recently learned that he also plays the Harp at the Vicroria and Alberts (high end ) restaurant also located at the Grand Floridian.
