Nice review of a plane that Began my military career working on. New subscriber here!!

The ESCI kits were some decent kits. I enjoyed many of them when I was younger. I still have a couple in my stash.

It's no Hasegawa A-7, but it's no slouch either and you get armament galore

Bom vídeo amigo sempre que vejo vídeos assim sobre este hoby que sou um apaixonado e que a muitos anos fui forçado a abandonar e vem as lagrimas mais agora que sofro de depressão e gostaria de voltar a montar alguma coisa não consigo sequer comprar o mais barato dos kits pois minha situação financeira não permite ,lembro que quando adolescente trabalhava duro em um frigorífico e todo meu salário era para comprar revistas e alguns kits usados de um vizinho qu os tinha pois seu tio teabalhava na fábrica de brinquedos estrela aqui no Brasil a qual fazia alguns kit sob licença da revell e também tinha uma fabrica chamada kikoler que fabricavam sob licença da revell infelizmente hoje ambas não existem mais e os kits aqui no Brasil ficaram muito caros para quem mora no interior do Brasil pois não existem lojas físicas por aqui e só se encontra pela internet com preços abusivos que uma pessoa pobre como eu e que sou pai de família jamais poderia tirar da boca de um filho para comprar então só me resta ter vontade e sonhar e se alguém aqui do canal tiver vontade de doar alguma sucata de kit eu adoraria ter a honra de receber pois só de ter alguma coisa para matar a saudade já me faria muito feliz e ainda ajudaria na minha depressão desde já agradeço a atenção !

The Draken really is a beautiful machine!

Loved the Orange Range of Matchbox kits. Several steps ahead of the Purple Range. I have this one even now. The exotic Swedish camo scared the bejesus outta me.

The SK is the learning version with double seats and controls. JA, J and S versions are single seaters. Interesting choice.

I'm currently building this kit, the camo is a labour of love lol

Missed this one in my youth, I built Heller's Viggen, Draken, Lansen, Tunnan, Vampire and Safir....a bit inspiring living with an airbase in town, in this case F4! I've picked up a few to build again, still to get the Lansen and Safire if I remember correctly.... I've got a few of Hasegawa's 1/48 Drakens, one will definitely become an F4 J35D....

It is a kit that my father bought for my birthday. Thank you for reminding me of memories with my father when I was young.

Just finished mine , loved every minuet of it , despite its age it builds into a really nice model .

Esquece! É o kit velho. Eu tenho montado. Deu um puta trabalho fazer o Draken na versão mais moderna. Na realidade esse é o protótipo com algumas peças novas adicionadas. Mas mesmo assim é terrível.

I'm just finishing this model...Just a few more decals (Jolly Rogers) and it will be done.The decals are really great. It's a pretty good kit for the price :)

Scalemates reports this kit was originally produced in 1953! Really Revell?

Got one of these on the bench right now. I'm doing a 'what if?', with RR Avons to replace the anemic Westinghouse pieces of junk. I've cut back the intakes to make them larger, need to make some bigger exhaust pipes.

This looks like a much older kit repackaged by Revell. I recognise the pilot in the sitting position, a similar one was used in an old P39 kit that was in some odd larger scale and it appears that just the helmet was added. Also the raised markings is a giveaway. I have the 1/72 Hasegawa or maybe Fujimi kit with the detailed cockpit and sliding canopy, a truly remarkable looking aircraft...the Gutless Cutlass.

checked scalemates, this is a 1957 tooling with new parts? no way it looks this good holy hell, why did they switch to reboxing hasegawa's?

It's a shame we don't get modern kits of these classic planes instead of all the Mustang, 109, 190, and Phantom kits.

Its terrible model, am building one now.

I have this in my stash, it's next on the list. Just finished Tamiya's 1/48 version which I found went together well but sadly lacking in any details and, as with this one, raised panel lines.

All the parts in direct importation of china, are made of plastic, no in metal. Thoughts?

IIRC, since the pilot & seat wasn't that great I just used an Aires bang seat with an early Eduard basic set. I also replaced the Mavericks with some from a Hasegawa weapons set. 👍

New subscriber here. The Stuka is my favorite german aircraft of WW2. I just finished the old Monogram kit in 1/48 scale and gave it to my brother. I hope to see your kit finished soon.

missing the ECM pod under the tail and obviously flew to Libya to drop the external tanks...no weapons?
