Chappies welding ever, you are terrible, let's see you are showing Tig control and then arc welding poorly.

hint: making a hundred tacks is not the way either. Use the right electrode size, use the right welding mode. Don't do this, it has no penetration, no strength at all.

Very few welders are incompetent enough to weld rusty metal without cleaning it first. This is a laugh. It's also insulting. And v-grooving does nothing for contaminated metal. Clean it.

This makes me want to make some weld videos to show people how welding is done in the real world. Not only would this one FAIL a bend test, it would also FAIL any/all CJP type test.

Where’s the trick? Smaller rod, straight drag, no hot start…you’ll get better penetration and a better looking weld.

Absolute rubbish did not clean out slag holes therefore major flaw in weld ive been welding for over 55 years and been coded most of my life so i do know what im talking about please dont follow his way of welding it will eventually failure

I know that another side isn't good so: For this thickness at first we need to bevel both side of the plate and second you should leave a space between plate and rod. Third you should increase your amperage in pass 2 , 3. Hope this be helpful 😊❤🇮🇷
