Thanks, the Neo is a capable drone, and with goggles and MC would do this well enough, but AVATA just a bit heavier, so less likely to be blown by the wind...

@ Yeah that’s what I thought and once I gain confidence I like the fact that the Avata2 can do a loop lol. I do wish the new Mini series in future had the protectors on and in a similar design rather than folding as I love how robust they are.

@@flywithmetrevor MINI drones have their place, I started with a MINI3 Pro and still use it, ideal for city centres - check out Manchester - ua-cam.com/video/VfNX96GBF4I/v-deo.html - but FPV like the AVATA1 +2 ae a bit heavier for a reason or three, especially the wid resistance and the ability to brush past things... Sadly the best drone for each situation is not a one size fits all, but several drones that offer the best solution, Im at 4 drones now, MINI3 Pro, AIR3, AVATA1 and AVATA2, and will get a MINI 5 Pro when it comes out...

Y4eah, I know that problem, plus where we are is far too low lying for most of the snow... One day I shall live in the Highlands, and be able to capture snow as often as it falls :)

Thanks Karen, AVATA are fun to fly, and can do so much more than just fly fast, the quality of footage is great, and control is spot on, so absolutely suited to flying like this... As to ho I find the gaps, witchcraft ;) Lol, actually, I have 20/20 vision when I wear my glasses, and can see the spot that looks good, then just fly into it and see if it will go, I think I had to turn around 3 times and crashed twice in 3 batteries of flying, one AVATA2 and 2 AVATA1...

@ glad your drones survived, and live to fly another day 😍

@@Aheilancooinwales yeah, both are fine, they landed on a bed of leaves, and I have bumpers fitted anyway :)

Thank you, those are kind words... The places flown all involved some effort to reach, but were very worthwhile... The AVATA are fun, and can do more than most appreciate, sometimes a gentler flight, with steady control gives us something different... I appreciate the comments and sentiments :)

Thanks Patrick, the AVATA are both fun to fly and more capable than many think, plus can take a knock or two... This was a fun place to fly and film...

Or perhaps both hon... The AVATA is pretty stable, and thankfully I have good eyes to pick up the twigs before I hit them... I did manage to get stuck once - it freed after a few seconds, and both AATA1 and AVATA2 had a fall from the tree tops after I tried to push a gap a little too small, both have bumpers on and both survived without issue or daage - thankfully!

Thank you... I flew all 3 batteries, 2 before the sunrise and one afterwards, and that out me at ease so I wasnt nrvous... A friend suggested the music, she picked extremely well... It is one of my best video for sure :)
