I'v heard roofers say that the silicone creates a vapor barrier that causes condensation under the roofing material. Would that be an issue in Florida with the humidity? Wouldn't the air conditioned air inside the building take care of that?

That is a tall ladder. How long is that section of ladder ? Can beat those systems unless you unless you can get the delivery guy to boom the shingles up to the roof for you.

What a mess. I like to direct the tearoff where I want it to go. I have real tools for that. All you did is throw tarps all over the place and throw tearoff all on the ground. I like paying less employees not more.
