That looks awesome and economical! Do you have to compress the rubber mulch, or did you just have to pour it in?

Great idea! Thanks! I built my own and have found the plastic and mulch coloring stick to my arrows and help to cement them in the targets at the range. Maybe I'm using the wrong (pink) foam?

I’ll just spend the extra 50 bucks for one much larger and suitable for archery. That’s too much going on while trying to set up a blind.

That’s a fantastic idea using the rubber mulch. I see those bin on the side of the road all the time.

I agree, I should of done a better job explaining the steps. I should of shown how I tracked down the string on the back with the glue gun. I glued the end of the string to quill of the feather and repeating that step with all the feathers on the top. Repeating the same process workin my way down. Hope this helps you.

These work well for crossbows!! I have 3 of them. Don’t know if it’s feasible for verticals or not!!

Set up the blind this way ( ◇) instead of this way ( □ ), then sit facing the corner; hiding behind the pillar created by partially unzipping the side window corners diagonally like this ( \ _I|l_ / ) especially for Archery . Much more room to draw, plus you can hide behind the corner 90°. This also puts a 90° corner , into any prevailing wind, like this ( ◇ ) ; instead of hitting a flat side , like this ( □ ) . Doing "this" also allows the wind to more easily skirt around the corner ( ^ ), rather than hit a flat side more like a sail ( --- ) . Just try it ... !

Interesting. I've been thinking about hunting off my bike because I always see deer when I ride. I'm a mountain biker, though, so lugging a cart behind me is out of the question. I'm thinking strapping my bow to my back in a way it won't get snagged on a tree is a possibility.

Nice video BUT this blind is just almost worthless for bowhunting even with all the improvements. Even the Ameristep website says this blind is made for rifle hunting. You can possibly use a crossbow but that is about it. It's biggest drawback is that it doesn't have enough room to draw a bow to full draw and it's windows are too low. Spend a little more for something made for bowhunting.

*Great blind>>>**ur2.pl/926** Very quick to set up and break down. Well designed and constructed. Plenty of room for two people. I used it for turkey hunting this morning. First day of the season and I got a bird at 5:55AM. Had to be the blind*

I like these ideas. Very good video. Now, what adhesive did you use for the black stuff? I have part of a roll left in the shed and this is where that will land up. And, I was going to use some tent seam stuff on the seams to hopefully make the blinds go several seasons.
