Cook til water is cooked off Add 1/4 stick of butter and cook til golden, stir often Nice golden add garlic cook a couple of minutes Then add splash or two of sherry or wine and cook down Turn heat of and add splash of olive oil Add cheese, feta, goat, or a similar soft cheese and serve.

    If I were to use a pan I'd sear both sides first with a hot pan then lower the temp and cover until around 135 degrees internal. Tbh I would just use a charcoal grill next time but either way those steaks are good enough to eat.

    @jtris01 3 місяці тому

    Yo dude, doesn' look too bwd, but here's some tips so it comes out better next time. 1. You said it was overcooked. If you dont use better to sear next time, it will be easier to get a nice sear without over cooking. You need a high smoke point oil. Butter burns at loe temperatures and also has water in it. 2. Add salt to your steak.

    • @paulheels
      @paulheels 3 місяці тому

      1. Had vegetable oil in the pan, just buttered the steak. This was a thin cut too. 2. I salted it. It’s hard to see because I speed the videos up. The taste was fine, just way overcooked for my liking. Appreciate the tips!
