Thanks for the feedback! I was really trying to make the flow of the home the primary focus while also highlighting rooms and features in greater detail and transitions are always a challenge. I will continue working to see how that can be done more seamlesly.

We are in Central Texas so it's perfect weather for a pool during April through September. Newly built homes don't usually come with a pool unless the buyer is building a custom built home and paying the builder to oversee the construction of the pool as well. Otherwise, most people manage the pool build after they have closed and moved into the home. :)

Hi Eric, this home is available for immediate move in. The community offers a clubhouse, open green space, park, and a small creek that runs along the side of the neighborhood. No pool or paved bike trails but you will see residents running and biking along the side of the road since traffic through the neighborhood is minimal.
