Heyy my advice is to improve your bow hold (bunny method), get tape on the fingerboard to guide you on your notes, keep your bow a little higher on the strings, and practice to keep your bow strokes straight downwards so it doesnt slide up and down the strings, hope this helps !

Been playing guitar, both acoustic and electric for decades. Play bass, synth/keys and mandolin as well. When I bought a fiddle, it blew my mind how difficult it is to learn. Props.
