You Ain't Going Nowhere cover
A classic covered by many, which is your favorite version of it? Bob, Tom, Loudon, The Byrds a la Gram? Ten wintertime points to whoever can identify the sound in the background. Love, Tennessee (and Jibby!)

At the bottom of it all lying just beneath the worst you've ever done or the worst you'll ever do there's a little voice who loves you, just because and that little voice is mine There's nothing you can do to stop me now. Heaven knows you've tried. And when time unceasing ends and I'm picking out the bullets from the fence and the shrapnel from your tongue all the smoke I tried to suck back fro...

Fallen Angel, King Crimson cover

It's the Outsiders, it's The Crossing, it's Fallen Angel! A mousy little thing beside the original masterpiece, if only to pay heavy respects to John Wetton's perfect serenade of his fictional (?) brother who, too soon, heard the mellow tone of the Grand Commander's bugle call to the sun kissed slopes and flower strewn shores of Summer Land.

LA is no place for a girl with a voice like yours. You got me. Put a tear in my eye. You're a match for Iris. Thank you!

Nicely Done Girl

Amazing!!!!
Bruh i love Arthur Russell and your covers, beautiful music! Subscribed!!
Yessss ❤❤❤
I only know Dylan’s version and the Byrds’. But I much prefer yours. It’s such a pleasure to listen to. Beautiful harmonies and a simple yet wonderful accompaniment. Jibby adds an extra touch of sweetness. In the background, I hear rain or maybe a flowing river. Thank you for this moment of musical joy. ^^
I’m going to briefly explain why this is almost a perfect cover version, followed by an afterthought about the music industry. Your cover version sounds like you, not a forced striving to replicate the original version. It’s also an honest interpretation, not a contrived one. I see that problem all the time - someone trying too hard to sound like they are offering a unique spin on a song. You, however, sing from the heart, effortlessly, without overthinking or overstating. And that’s what makes a great artist. You have that intangible, magic ingredient few have. All your content is like this. Back in the old days when talent and merit truly mattered, you would have been busking or at an open mic in Nashville and you would have been scooped up by some A&R guy scouting for talent. You would have been singed to a label and the rest would have been history. Today, well, it’s a different music business landscape. And I’ll just leave it at that because my momma said if you got nothing nice to say about (the music industry) keep it to yourself.
Terrific cover. Loved the harmony.
Perfect Name for folk singer ! One of my favorite writers is named Tennessee. May you keep up the glorious, colorful tradition. If you ever make it up to Boston, ill check you out...😊
great
Great cover, best mimicking of Iris Dement's unique voice that I've heard. I grew up in Pocahontas, Arkansas, about 30 miles from where she was born (Paragould, Arkansas) and spent her early childhood years before her folks moved to California.
Wow this is beautiful
Is the background noise popcorn popping?
Lovely version
Mi favorita es el cover de Ryan Adams. Amor, Tennessee and Jibby❤❤
Your cover of Rosie was my most listened to song this year❤
Man this is so so good.
Excellent, what a voice - fastest sub ever.
So beautiful
Our loss. Hope things are going well for you in the Volunteer State (or are you still/back in Lost Angeles?). Noticed Patreon link on your page, great.

Really well done.
Hi If its ok?...please share few of your favourite movies?....poems? Star sign?...Pisces by any chance? Its fine tho if too personal!
My favorite Neil Young song, one of the early ones I learned on the guitar. Loved to your take on this, and the reminder of such a great song!
❤
Awesome!!!
Tennesse Kamanski, I love you for this...,
That was cool ✌️
Nicely done, but maybe that was the day to cover "The Wind" by Cat Stevens. %*/
How prescient, Tennessee. I’ve been getting into Neil Young lately. Have you heard the new Gillian Welch /Dave Rawlings album? It’s very good and very Neily.
Gracias por la música!! ❤🎶🎶🐈☺️
Great song choice
Your voice has resonance so it's a gift to sing...The Sky's the Limit.
great!
Your music has quickly become my comfort music! I love your taste in covers, and your originals are good too!
Absolutely perfect rendition. You really made this great song your own.
INspiring
Absolutely stunning
One of my favorite Dylan compositions. I shouldn't say too much, lest I foolishly try to pin a butterfly in a display case.
commovente
After discovering your channel, I listened to this one after "Angel From Montgomery" and before that, "Atlantic City" and before that, "Gun Street Girl".. Who would need to modify her voice electronically when she can sing the way you do? And here you are with no studio walls reverberating and all the rest, but I hope you get your shot at those, too! All the autotuned pseudo-perfection in the world won't hold a guttering candle to the expressiveness in your vocals. I can only thank you for your musical gift. Astonishing performances, all of them.
