Man it took me a while to find this tune. I remember being off my rockers in Fabric London in the early 2000's, and this tune being the highlight of my night. When it came on myself and the whole crowd got into a serious groove with the rolling bass-line. Madness, I love rolling bass-lines because of this tune. Banger⁉
I went Fabric at least once a month for Tru Playaz night, between 1999-2004 and The End for Ram Recordings night. when it wasn't TP night, Fabric had the DnB in the smaller room, with the stage up the front, and all the little stages on the sides. I remember they turned the lights on, basically to tell us it was home, but Andy C wasn't having it. He mixed about 7 tunes in 5 minutes. I'd probably been there 100 times by then, but me and my mates still talk about that 5 minutes to this day (20 years later). We were going to One Nations at Rex, Bagleys for slammin Vinyl and best of British, World Dance at Lighthouse, Helter skelter in Milton keynes ect. We could get the tape packs and see if the sets were as good as we thought they were, or was it just the Es😂. But all those great sets at fabric weren't recorded (well at least not recorded to be sold in the record shop's). We still go to raves 4 or 5 times a year, we're all in our 40s, with wives and children now, so our wives and girlfriends don't let us out as much. Sorry mate to send such a long reply, I just got excited when I see Fabric mentioned 😂. We probably spoke outside in the cill out area, or twosed on a Benson and Hedges. Peace 🕊️
